| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶联合应用治疗Ⅳ期压疮的效果。方法]将40例糖尿病Ⅳ期压疮病人随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶粉混合喷于创面上。对照组采用3%过氧化氢溶液冲洗,1%皮维碘湿敷。观察两组病人压疮愈合情况。结果]观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]珍珠粉与复方磺胺嘧啶联合应用治疗Ⅳ期压疮效果明显,能减轻病人痛苦。
