310例前列腺增生症术后证候调查

目的:观察前列腺增生症术后不同阶段的证候规律。方法:对310例前列腺增生症行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者进行术后证候调查,并对结果进行聚类分析。结果:术后第1、3、5d的主要证候分别为湿热夹瘀、湿热夹瘀和气滞血瘀兼肾阴不足,其他证候类型包括气滞血瘀、湿热内蕴、中气不足、肾阴虚、肾阳虚以及各种兼证。结论:前列腺增生症患者术后的证候演变有一定规律,术后早期以实证为主,后期逐渐向虚证转化,各个证型多兼夹为病,气滞血瘀为各个阶段的最常见兼证。

Investigation on the Postoperative Syndromes in 310 Cases in Prostate Hyperplasia

Objective To explore the rules of prostate hyperplasia syndromes at different postoperative stages Methods An investigation on 310 patients with postoperative symptoms following transurethral retrograde prostatectomy(TURP) due to prostate hyperplasia was made with a specific form and the results were analyzed. Results The main syndromes for the first, third and fifth postoperative days were damp-heat and blood stasis, blood stasis due to stagnation of qi and deficiency of kidney-yin. Other syndromes included blood stasis due to stagnation of qi,retention of damp-heat in the interior, deficiency of qi in middle-jiao, insufficiency of kidney-yin and kidney-yang as well as various accompanying syndromes. Conclusion There are certain rules concerning the postoperative syndrome changes in the perioperative period, that is, mainly excess syndrome at the early period and deficiency syndrome at the later period. Different symptoms usually accompany one another while blood stasis due to stagnation of qi is the most common accompanying syndrome.
