摘    要:目的评价神经导航系统在脑深部病灶手术中的应用。方法应用ASA—610V神经导航系统对51例脑深部病灶手术治疗,术前采用神经影像导航扫描,对病灶进行三维重建,制定手术治疗计划,术中根据手术计划选择手术方式以及手术切除范围,分析治疗效果。结果肿瘤及其周围结构定位准确。51例脑深部病灶.手术全切除42例(82.3%),次全切除3例(5.9%),大部分切除6例(11.8%);术后症状改善或不变48例(94.1%).症状加重或出现新症状3例(5.9%),无死亡病例。结论应用神经导航系统可以精确定位脑深部病灶.设计最佳手术入路,有助于提高手术疗效,降低手术并发症。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the utility of neuronavagation system for resection of intracranail deep lesions.Methods 51 cases with intracranail deep lesions were surgically treated with guidance of ASA-610V neuronavigation.Neuronavigation-MRI were three-dimensionally reconstructed,and lesions were outlined to design surgical planning preoperatively,and removal range were decided intraoperatively.The clinical data and postoperative outcome were analized.Results The lesion and it's surrounding structure were located accurately.In 51 cases of lesionectomy operations,total lesion removal was achieved in 42 cases (82.3%),subtotal removal in 3 cases (5.9%),most partial removal in 6 cases(11.8%).Neurological symptoms improved or unchanged in 48 cases(94.1%),postoperative neurological symptoms becamed severe or new deficience of neuronal function appeared in 3 cases (5.9%).Conclusion Neuronavigation system can provide a accurate localization for intracranial deep lesions operation,and help to design surgical approach well.The application of this technique can dramatically improve surgical effect and decrease surgical complication.
