急性冠脉综合征患者血清血管内皮生长因子、缺氧诱导因子-1α水平的变化及临床意义

目的研究急性冠脉综舍征（ACS）患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、低氧诱导因子－1α（HIF－1α）水平的变化及其意义。方法选择急性冠脉综合征患者（ACS组）42例，稳定型心绞痛患者（SAP组）37例，另选35例作为健康对照组。ACS患者人院即刻采血，其余患者第2天清晨空腹抽血，应用夹心酶联免疫吸附法（EILSA）测定VEGF和HIF-1α水平。结果ACS组VEGF和HIF-1α水平明显高于SAP组和对照组（P〈0．05）；SAP组VEGF和HIF-1α水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论VEGF、HIF-1α水平升高可能是冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定的标志；可能为易损斑块的检测提供了新方法。

Clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and hypoxia inducible factor-1α in the patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To study the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α（HIF-lct） in the patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）, to discuss their mechanism and important clinical significance. Methods The patients were chosen and divided into two group：acute coronary syndrome （ACS） group of 42 cases,stable angina peetoris （SAP） group of 37 cases.In addition,35 healthy cases were chosen as health control group.The serum level of VEGF,HIF-1α in all cases were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（EILSA）, the patients with ACS were taken blood when they admitted, others were taken fasting blood in the early morning of the next day. Results The serum level of VEGF and HIF-1α in ACS group were higher than those in SAP group and control group （P〈0.05）. There was no difference in VEGF and HIF-1α between SAP and control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The elevation of VEGF,HIF-1α may be a sign of atherosclerotic plaque destabilization and may provide a new way to test vunerble plaque.
