| 摘 要： | 本文报道了利用细胞松弛素Ｂ抑制细胞质分裂诱导产生双核淋巴细胞的制备方法，该方法具有微量，快速，简便的优点，适用大范围的人群普查，具有一定的推广价值。并测试了１０名健康献血者的外周血，经不同剂量ｘ射线照射后的剂量反应曲线，其微核率照射剂量的增加而增加。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated that the utilization of cytochalasing B (CB) to inhibit cytoplasmic division and to produce binucneate lymphocytes.This method has micro,rapid and simple special advantage.It is fit for popular examination in sphere of crowd people.It is of definate promote value.We tested peripheral blood of ten healthy persons of donnate blood,the curve of response after irradiating with X-ray of different doses with which micronuclei rate increased,showed that this method may act as a sensitive biological dosimetry. |
