| 摘 要： | 我国医院的行政组织架构在经历了50多年的发展，尤其是改革开放后的飞速发展，形成了以直线职能制为主要表现形式的组织体系。随着近年来医院面临的宏观环境的变化和医院内部改革的需要，医院行政组织架构改革和行政部门功能的调整已是大势所趋。作者通过对我国公立非营利性医院的行政组织架构改革和行政部门功能的分析，提出了建立新型行政组织架构的模式探索和建立符合现代医院发展方向的行政部门功能调整设想。

| Abstract: | The administration structure of our hospitals has been developed over fifty years,and especially after the reformation of our country,this structure has developed to the b eeline function.As the diversification of macro environment and the demands of inner reformation of hospitals,the administration structure of our hospitals and the functions of the administration department will be a djusted sooner or later.This paper ,based on the analyses of the administ ration structure and the functions of the administrat ion department of non-profit hospit als of our country,suggest that we should explore the new mode of the administration structure and adjust the function of admin istration department. |
