| 摘 要： | 调查发现门诊哮喘患者经药师用药教育后坚持用药的比率得到提高（P<0.001），但随着时间延长，患者自行停药的比率也在增加。药师根据患者停药原因（对不良反应的顾虑、症状好转松懈、疗效不佳、经济原因等）改进用药教育的内容与工作方式，使患者持续获益。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the survey found that after the pharmacists' education, the medication adherence of asthma outpatient increased (P<0.001), but with the time extension, patients' self-withdrawal rate increased. Aiming at patients' withdrawal reasons (fear of adverse reactions, symptoms improved, poor curative effect, economic burden, etc.), pharmacists improved the content of medical education and the working mode to obtain sustained benefit for patients. |
