三伏天温针灸治疗围绝经期阳虚质疗效观察

目的观察三伏天温针灸治疗围绝经期阳虚体质患者的临床疗效。方法将60例围绝经期阳虚体质患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用温针灸疗法,每年三伏天治疗3次;对照组采用口服金匮肾气丸治疗,连续服用3个月。两组连续治疗3年后评定患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者不同疗程Kupperman指数评分经方差分析,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组各疗程间疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论三伏天温针灸是一种治疗围绝经期阳虚质的有效方法,有利于改善围绝经期症状。

Therapeutic Observation of Warm Needling in Canicular Days for Yang-deficient Patients of Perimenopausal Period

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling in canicular days in treating yang-deficient patients of perimenopausal period. Method Sixty yang-deficient patients of perimenopausal period were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by warm needling therapy, 3 times during the canicular days; the control group was by Jin Kui Shen Qi pills, for successive 3 months every year. The clinical efficacies were evaluated after continuous 3-year treatments. Result The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 63.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in comparing the Kupperman index scores between the two groups at different time points （P〈0.01）. In comparing the therapeutic efficacies at different time points between the two groups, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Warm needling in canicular days is an effective approach in treating yang deficiency in peimenopausal period, and can improve perimenopausal symptoms.
