温针配走罐治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

目的比较温针配走罐法与口服坤泰胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效差异。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组40例。观察组采用温针配走罐治疗,对照组采用口服坤泰胶囊治疗,3个疗程后统计疗效,3个月后随访。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组的72.5%(P0.05)。结论采用温针配走罐治疗围绝经期综合征,临床见效快,患者容易接受,总有效率优于口服坤泰胶囊治疗。

Therapeutic Observation of Warm Needling plus Moving Cupping for Perimenopause Syndrome

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacies between warm needling plus moving cupping and oral administration of Kun Tai capsules for perimenopause syndrome. Method Eighty patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 40 in each group. The observation group was intervened by warm needling plus moving cupping, and the control group was by oral administration of Kun Tai capsules. The therapeutic efficacies were analyzed after 3 treatment courses and the patients were followed up for 3 months. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group, better than that in the control group（72.5%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Warm needling plus moving cupping is efficient and easily-accepted in treating perimenopause syndrome, and its total effective rate is better than oral administration of Kun Tai capsules.
