动痛点滞针法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

目的观察动痛点滞针疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为两组,每组35例,治疗组采用动痛点滞针疗法,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分、治疗前后运动功能综合评分。结果经Ridit分析,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),两组治疗后运动功能综合评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论动痛点滞针疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效优于常规针刺治疗,在减轻疼痛、改善肩关节活动功能方面前者优于后者。

Therapeutic Observation of the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with Needle-sticking Therapy on Motion-triggered Tenderness Points

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of needle sticking on motion-triggered tenderness points in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Method Seventy patients were randomized into two groups, 35 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by needle-sticking therapy on motion-triggered tenderness points, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The clinical efficacies, Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） scores and comprehensive motor function scores before and after treatment were compared. Result According to Ridit analysis, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）; after treatment, the difference in VAS score was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01）, and the difference in motor function score was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion Needle-sticking therapy on motion-triggered tenderness points has better therapeutic efficacy than conventional acupuncture in treating periarthritis of shoulder, especially in reducing pain and improving the motor function of shoulder joint.
