腹针疗法治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效观察

目的观察腹针疗法治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法将58例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后HAMA量表评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.6%,对照组为86.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗4星期后、8星期后及治疗后1个月HAMA量表各因子评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗4星期后、8星期后及治疗后1个月HAMA量表精神性因子评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论腹针疗法是一种治疗广泛性焦虑症的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Abdominal Acupuncture for Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in treating generalized anxiety disorder. Method Fifty-eight patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 29 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA） score and clinical efficacy were compared. Result The total effective rate was 89.6% in the treatment group versus 86.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. The two groups both achieved significant changes in the component scores of llAMA after 4-week and 8-week treatment as well as 1-month after the whole treatment （P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference in comparing the mood score of llAMA between the two groups after 4-week and 8-week treatment as well as 1-month after the whole treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective approach in treating generalized anxiety disorder.
