艾灸防治亚健康状态临床观察

目的：观察艾灸防治亚健康状态的效果。方法：将60例亚健康患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），两组患者均给予常规健康教育，治疗组则在健康教育基础上进行艾灸，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），亚健康评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：艾灸治疗亚健康状态疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Moxibustion for Preventing and Curing Sub-Health State

Objective： To observe the efficacy of moxibustion for preventing and curing sub-health state. Methods： 60 cases of patients with sub-health were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, both groups were accepted conventional health educa-tion, while treatment group treated by moxibustion on the basis of health education, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effetive rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the sub-health score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion：Moxibustion has significant curative effect on sub-health state.
