益肾通督针法配合康复训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患者智能发育的影响

目的观察益肾通督针刺法配合康复训练治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫智能发育的临床疗效。方法将180例痉挛型脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。治疗组采用益肾通督配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,治疗2个疗程后比较治疗前后CDCC婴幼儿智能发育量表数值。结果治疗组治疗后智力发育指数(MDI)和心理运动发育指数(PDI)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗后MDI、PDI与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论益肾通督针刺法配合康复训练是一种治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的有效方法。

Effect of Kidney-reinforcing and Du Meridian-unblocking Acupuncture Plus Rehabilitation Training on Intelligence Development in Infantile Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of kidney-reinforcing and Du meridian-unblocking acupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating infantile spastic cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 90 cases each. The treatment group received kidney-reinforcing and Du meridian-unblocking acupuncture plus rehabilitation training and the control group, rehabilitation training alone. Pre-treatment and post-treatment Scale of Child Development Center of China （CDCC） scores were compared after two courses of treatment. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the mental development index （MD1） and the psychomotor developmental index （PDI） in the treatment group （P 〈 0.01）. There were statistically significant post treatment differences in MDI and PDI between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Kidney-reinforcing and Du meridian-unblocking acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective way to treat infantile spastic cerebral palsy.
