| 摘 要： | 目的：观察任督点穴配合火龙药灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠症的临床疗效。方法：采用自身前后对照试验研究方法．52例失眠患者采用任督点穴配合火龙药灸治疗，观察治疗前后临床疗效及PSQI评分。结果：总有效率达82．69％，4疗程后PSQI各项评分均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：任督点穴配合火龙药灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠症疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Ren and Du acupuncture combined with Huolong moxibustion treating insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency. Methods： With method of before and after comparison experimental study, 52 cases of insomnia were treated with Ren and Du acupuncture combined with Huolong moxibustion, the clinical efficacy and PSQI score were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 82.69%, PSQI scores after 4 courses of treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment, which were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Ren and Du acupuncture combined with Huolong moxibustion treating insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency were significant. |
