| 摘 要： | 目的观察咳喘膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将101例患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组50例,治疗组采用在西医常规治疗的基础上加咳喘膏穴位贴敷治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(96.1%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论咳喘膏穴位贴敷为主治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Ke Chuan paste in treating children＇s bronchial asthma. Method Totally 101 patients were randomized into a treatment group of 51 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint application with Ke Chuan paste in addition to the regular Western medicine treatment, while the control group was only by the Western medicine. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group（96.1%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（70.0%）（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application with Ke Chuan paste can produce a content efficacy in treating children＇s bronchial asthma. |
