靳氏经络注血疗法治疗痤疮临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察靳氏经络注血疗法(自血疗法)治疗痤疮的临床疗效及其对不同痤疮分级患者及不同中医证型患者的临床疗效差异,并评价其安全性。方法:64例受试对象随机分为两组,治疗组采用靳氏经络注血疗法,对照组采用丹参注射液穴位注射,皮损整体评分法评价其临床疗效。结果:治疗组皮损评分优于对照组(P〈0.05);而两组治疗后痤疮国际分类法临床分级比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);自血疗法对于Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痤疮患者疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05);自血疗法对于肠胃湿热型痤疮患者疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:靳氏经络注血疗法治疗痤疮安全有效,对于重度痤疮患者疗效更佳,更适用于肠胃湿热型痤疮患者。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jin's autohemotherapy on acne of college students and its effects on patients of different acne grading and different TCM syndromes,then evaluate its safety. Methods: 64 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with autohemotherapy,the control group with point injection of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by skin lesions overall scoring method. Results: The skin lesions scores and clinical efficacy of the treatment group were better than that of control group( P〈0. 05),while there was no significant difference in Pillsbury clinical grading between the two groups( P〈0. 05). And the efficacy of autohemotherapy was better than that of control group for Ⅲ,Ⅳ degrees of acne patients and gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome patients( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 05). There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients during treatment. Conclusion: It is safe and effective for acne of college students by autohemotherapy. And it is more suitable for patients of severe acne and gastrointestinal damp-heat syndrome.
