艾灸配合刺络拔罐治疗腰椎骨关节炎临床研究

目的观察艾灸配合刺络拔罐法治疗腰椎骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎骨关节炎患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组,每组30例。A组采用艾箱灸治疗,B组采用刺络拔罐治疗,C组采用艾箱灸配合刺络拔罐治疗,D组采用口服布洛芬治疗。4组均治疗4星期,并于治疗后4星期进行随访,比较各组治疗前后及随访时魁北克腰痛障碍评分、Fairbank评分及VAS评分。结果 C组治疗后及随访时魁北克腰痛障碍评分与A组和D组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。B组治疗后及随访时魁北克腰痛障碍评分与A组和D组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。4组患者治疗后Fairbank评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。4组患者随访时Fairbank评分与同组治疗后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。4组患者治疗后及随访时Fairbank评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。C组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。C组治疗后及随访时VAS评分与A组、B组和D组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论艾灸配合刺络拔罐是一种治疗腰椎骨关节炎的有效方法。

Clinical Study of Moxibustion plus Pricking-cupping Bloodletting for the Treatment of Lumbar Spine Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion plus pricking-cupping bloodletting in treating lumbar spine osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar spine ostcoarthritis were randomly allocated to groups A, B, C and D, 30 cases each. Group A received moxa-box moxibustion; group B, pricking-cupping bloodletting; group C, moxibustion plus pricking-cupping bloodletting; group D, oral administration of ibuprofen. All the four groups were treated for four weeks and followed up at four weeks after the end of treatment. The Quebec Back Pain Disability Scale scores, Fairbank＇s scores and the VAS scores were compared between the four groups before and after treatment and at the follow-up. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the Quebec Back Pain Disability Scale score between group C and group A or D at the end of treatment and the follow-up （P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the Quebec Back Pain Disability Scale score between group B and group A or D at the end of treatment and the follow-up （P〉0.05）. There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in Fairbank＇s score in all the four groups （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant difference in Fairbank＇s score between at the end of treatment and at the follow-up in all the four groups （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in Fairbank＇s score between the four groups at the end of treatment and the follow-up （P〉0.05）. There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the VAS score in group C （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference in the VAS score between group C and group A, B or D at the end of treatment and the follow-up （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Moxibustion plus pricking-cupping bloodletting is an effective way to treat lumbar spine osteoarthritis.
