| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药熏洗治疗踝关节炎的疗效。方法：将106例踝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（54例）和对照组（52例），治疗组采用中药熏洗治疗，对照组给予布洛芬胶囊口服，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．59％，对照组为90．38％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：中药熏洗治疗踩关节炎疗效显著，可避免口服药物带来的不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the efficacy of herbal fumigation for ankle arthritis. Methods： 106 cases of patients with ankle arthritis were randomly divid- ed into treatment group （54 cases） and control group （52 cases）, the treatment group treated by herbal fumigation, while control group by orally taking ibuprofen capsules, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.59%, while control group was 90.38%, it showed no significant difference in total effective rates between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of herbal fumigation which can avoid adverse reactions from oral drugs has significant curative effect on ankle arthritis, deserves clinical promotion and application. |
