弹拨过伸手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床研究

目的：探讨弹拨过伸手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的效果。方法：36例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各18例，观察组采用弹拨过伸手法治疗，对照组采用传统手法，比较两组疗效及VAS积分。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组的78.0%（P〈0.05）；治疗7天后治疗组VAS积分显著优于治疗前及对照组（P〈0.01）；治疗14天对照组VAS积分显著优于治疗7天后（P〈0.05），但治疗组VAS积分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：弹拨过伸手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果显著，能明显减轻患者疼痛程度。

Clinical Research in Plucking Hyperextension Manipulations Treating External Humeral Epicondylitis

Objective：To investigate the effect of plucking hyperextension manipulations treating external humeral epicondylitis. Methods：36 cases of external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 18 cases, observation group was treat-ed with plucking hyperextension manipulations, control group with traditional method, the effect and VAS integral of two groups were compared. Re-sults：The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that of control group by 78%（P〈0.05）;VAS integral of treat-ment group after treatment of 7 days was significantly better than that of control group and that before treatment （P〈0.01）;VAS integral of control group after treatment of 14 days was significantly better than that after treatment of 7 days （P〈0.05）, but VAS integral of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Effect of plucking hyperextension manipulations treating external humeral epicondylitis is signifi-cant, which can obviously reduce the pain degree of patients.
