基于绝缘针探测技术的穴位内电阻检测

摘    要:目的观察穴位内电阻在留针过程中的变化及不同探针检测穴位电阻的变化。方法以普通针灸针和绝缘针灸针作为探针,应用安捷伦数字万用表(Agilent 34401A型)观察针刺留针过程中穴位内电阻变化,并对穴位和非穴位的电阻变化进行比较研究。结果应用普通针进行的检测中,无论穴位或穴位旁,留针前后阻值有显著性改变(P0.01),而且留针后的电阻是显著增大的,即R留针后R留针前;应用普通针测得的穴位和穴位旁电阻差异无统计学意义(P0.05);应用绝缘针检测的穴位或穴位旁电阻,留针前后阻值有显著性改变(P0.01),而且留针后的电阻是显著减小,即R留针后R留针前;留针前、后的穴位和穴位旁电阻差异无统计学意义(P0.05);应用普通针和绝缘针两种探测方法检测的穴位(及穴位旁)内部电阻有显著不同,且R绝缘针R普通针。结论应用两种探针检测穴位内电阻,无论是穴位还是穴位旁,在留针前后都出现电阻显著性变化,提示针刺治疗会改变穴位内电阻;在本次试验中,我们未发现穴位与穴位旁内部电阻的差异性;穴位内电阻值与探测的方式及方法有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the change of the electric resistance of acupoint during needle-retaining and the difference in acupoint resistance detected by using difference probes. Method The Agilent digital multimeter(Agilent 34401A) was used to detect the change of acupoint resistance during needle-retaining by ordinary acupuncture needle and insulated needle, and the resistances of acupoint and non-acupoint were also compared. Result Regarding the detection by ordinary acupuncture needle, the resistances increased significantly after needle-retaining in both acupoint and non-acupoint(P0.01); the difference in resistance between acupoint and non-acupoint was statistically insignificant(P0.05). For the detection by insulated needle, the resistances decreased significantly after needle-retaining in both acupoint and non-acupoint(P0.01); the difference in resistance between acupoint and non-acupoint was statistically insignificant(P0.05). According to the detections, the resistances of both acupoint and non-acupoint by insulated needle were significantly higher than those by ordinary needle. Conclusion The resistances of acupoint and non-acupoint changed significantly after needle-retaining by both ordinary needle and insulated needle, indicating that acupuncture treatment can change the acupoint resistance; in the current study, we didn't find the difference between acupoint and non-acupoint in resistance; the acupoint resistance value is related to the measurement tools and methods.
