摘    要:目的观察针刺及反阿是穴点穴对不同年龄椎动脉型颈椎病患者的即时症状改善情况及其对患者颈部血流速度的即刻影响。方法选择青年及老年患者各30例,分别进行针刺及反阿是穴点穴治疗,并进行疗效分析及利用超声技术测量颈部血管血流速度。结果针刺及反阿是穴点穴均能改善青年组和老年组患者的临床症状(均P0.01),且能改变老年组患者颈部血管血流速度(均P0.01,P0.05),青年组患者颈部血管血流速度无变化(P0.05)。结论针刺及反阿是穴点穴均可改善青年和老年椎动脉型颈椎病患者临床症状,老年患者可能是因为针刺和点穴引起颈部血管舒张改善血供所致。

Realtime Effect of Acupuncture and Acupressure at Anti-Ashi Points on Cervical Blood Flow in Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type at Different Ages

Abstract:Objective To observe the realtime effect of acupuncture and acupressure at anti-Ashi points on the symptoms and cervical blood flow velocity in cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type at different ages. Method Thirty adolescent and thirty elderly patients were selected to receive acupuncture and acupressure at anti-Ashi points respectively. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated and the cervical blood flow velocities were also detected by using ultrasonics. Result Acupuncture and acupressure at anti-Ashi points both can improve the clinical symptoms of the adolescent and elderly patients (P〈0.01), and can change the cervical blood flow velocity of the elderly patients (P〈0.01,P〈0.05), while the cervical blood flow velocity of the adolescent patients was not significantly changed (P〉0.05). Conclusion Acupunc~re and acupressure at anti-Ashi points both can improve the clinical symptoms of the adolescent and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and the therapeutic effect in the elderly patients is possibly produced via vasodilation.
