| 摘 要： | 本文将从传统医学和现代医学的角度,分别概述抑郁障碍的病理学基础研究观念和进展,将传统医学中肝郁气滞、情志不遂的整体观,与现代医学中脑区的器质性损伤、功能性损伤、神经元损伤、信号传导异常等部分观结合起来,对抑郁障碍的病理学研究基础进行归纳和阐述。

| Abstract: | From the points of traditional and modern medicine, this article would summarize the concept and process of research on the basic of pa-thology of depressive disorder, which combines holistic view of stagnation of live-qi, emotional upset that in traditional medicine and topographical view of organic damage, functional damage, neuronal damage, abnormal signal transduction in encephalic region that of modern medicine to discribe and summarize the pathological research foundation of depressive disorder. |
