调脊通督针法治疗胸腰椎棘上韧带损伤疗效观察

目的观察调脊通督针法治疗胸腰椎棘上韧带损伤的临床疗效;方法将84例胸腰椎棘上韧带损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用调脊通督针法治疗,对照组采用围刺法治疗,观察两组临床疗效和随访半年患者复发率。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组42例有效患者治疗后6个月随访,复发6例(14.3%)。对照组39例有效患者复发15例(38.5%)。两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论调脊通督针法是一种治疗胸腰椎棘上韧带损伤的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Tiao Ji Tong Du Needling method for Thoracic-lumbar Supraspinous Ligament Injury

Objective To observe supraspinous ligament injury. Method the clinical efficacy of Tiao Ji Tong Du Eighty-four patients with thoracic-lumbar needling method in treating thoracic-lumbar supraspinous ligament injury were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 42 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by Tiao Ji Tong Du needling method, while the control group was by surround needling method. The clinical efficacies and relapse rates of the half-year follow-up study were evaluated in the two groups. Result There was a significant difference between the two groups in comparing the clinical efficacy （P〈0.05）. Of the 42 effective cases in the treatment group, 6 （14.3%） were found relapsed during the 6-month follow-up study. Of the 39 effective cases in the control group, 15 （38.5%） were found relapsed. The difference was statistically significant in comparing the relapse rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tiao Ji Tong Du needling method is an effective method in treatin thoracic-lumbar suDrasninous ligament iniurv.
