| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨厄贝沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）胰岛素抵抗（IR）及炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP的影响。方法：24只SHR随机分为厄贝沙坦高剂量组、厄贝沙坦低剂量组及模型组，8只WKY大鼠为空白对照组，四组大鼠均予果糖喂养，高剂量组、低剂量组分别予27mg/kg及13.5mg/kg厄贝沙坦灌胃干预，8周后观察四组大鼠血压、胰岛素抵抗指数和炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平。结果：高剂量组、低剂量组大鼠血压、胰岛素抵抗指数和炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：厄贝沙坦可能通过降低炎症因子水平来改善胰岛素抵抗。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of irbesartan on insulin resistance （IR） and inflammatory factors IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHR）. Methods：24 SHR mice were randomly divided into irbesartan high dose group, irbesartan low dose group and model group, 8 WKY rats were normal control group, the four groups of rats all fed fructose, high dose group and low dose group were with intragastric administra-tion of irbesartan 27mg/kg and 13.5mg/kg respectively, after 8 weeks the blood pressure, insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of four groups were observed. Results： The blood pressure, insulin resistance and inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF- α, CRP of high dose group and low dose group were all significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Irbesartan can decrease the level of inflammatory factors to improve insulin resistance. |
