针刺窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹临床观察

目的观察窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法将177例确诊为假性球麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组89例,对照组88例,均在常规内科治疗的基础上,治疗组给予窍利咽组穴、辨证取穴及咽后壁点刺疗法,对照组给予项针加咽后壁点刺疗法,分别于治疗前及治疗2个疗程后给予洼田饮水试验、大西幸子语功能状态分级评定。结果治疗后两组患者洼田饮水试验、大西幸子语功能状态分级均较治疗前有明显改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论窍利咽组穴配合辨证取穴治疗假性球麻痹临床疗效确切。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Pseudobulbar Paralysis by Acupuncture at Combined Point for Opening Orifices and Soothing the Throat plus Points Selected According to Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at combined point for opening orifices and soothing the throat plus points selected according to syndrome differentiation in treating pseudobulbar paralysis. Method One hundred and seventy-seven patients diagnosed definitely with pseudobulbar paralysis were randomly allocated to two groups： a treatment group of 89 cases and a control group of 88 cases. In addition to routine internal medicine treatment, the treatment group received acupuncture at combined point for opening orifices and soothing the throat and points selected according to syndrome differentiation plus posterior pharynx wall pricking therapy and the control group, nape acupuncture plus posterior pharynx wall pricking therapy. An evaluation was made using Kubota＇s water drinking test and Onisi Sachiko speech function grading before and after two courses of treatment. Result Kubota＇s water drinking test and Onisi Sachiko speech function grading showed a significant improvement in both group of patients after treatment compared with before. The effect was markedly better in the treatment group than in the control group and there was a statistically significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at combined point for opening orifices and soothing the throat plus points selected according to syndrome differentiation has clinically a definite therapeutic effect on pseudobulbar paralysis.
