锦参益肾饮治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

目的：观察锦参益肾饮对早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者在基础治疗的同时,予以中药汤剂锦参益肾饮口服。观察治疗前后患者症状、体征积分及尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿酸（UA）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）的变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果：治疗后患者症状、体征积分较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸均较治疗前下降,内生肌酐清除率较治疗前升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后显效20例,有效15例,稳定16例,无效9例,有效率为85.00%。结论：锦参益肾饮具有减轻患者症状,改善肾功能的作用。

Clinicai Observation of Jinshenyishenyin Treatment of Early-to-Mid Chronic Renal Failure

Objective： To Observe the clinical effect of Jinshenyishenyin treatment of early-to-mid chronic renal failure. Methods： 60 cases of chronic renal failure patients were treated with basic treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jinshenyishenyin. Observed symptoms and signs points and blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood uric acid（ UA）,creatinine clearance rate（ Ccr） changes before and after treatment,and evaluated the clinical effect. Results： After treatment,signs and symptoms score of patients were improved obviously,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,uric acid were decreased,the endogenous creatinine clearance was higher,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 20 cases were markedly improved after treatment,15 cases were effective,16 cases were in stable,9 cases were no ineffective,and the effective rate was 85. 00%. Conclusion： Jinshenyishenyin can relieve symptoms,and improve the renal function.
