| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蔡氏声带麻痹开音汤治疗慢性声带麻痹的临床疗效。方法：21例慢性声带麻痹患者均予以蔡氏声带麻痹开音汤口服,14 d为1个疗程,观察治疗有效率。结果：21例患者中有效17例,无效4例,有效率80.95%。结论：蔡氏声带麻痹开音汤治疗慢性声带麻痹临床效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Cai＇ s Vocal Cord Paralysis Kaiyin Decoction treatment of chronic vocal cord paralysis. Methods： 21 cases of chronic patients with vocal cord paralysis were treated with Cai＇s Vocal Cord Paralysis Kaiyin Decoction,14 days for one course of treatment,and observed the efficiency. Results： 21 patients were effective in 17 cases,invalid 4 cases,efficiency of 80. 95%. Conclusion： Cai＇s Vocal Cord Paralysis Kaiyin Decoction in the treatment of chronic vocal cord paralysis has satisfactory clinical effect. |
