辨证针刺治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的评价辨证针刺治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将63例功能性消化不良患者按入组先后随机数字表法分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(31例)。治疗组予辨证针刺治疗,对照组予常规针刺治疗,两组疗程均为2星期。经治疗后,从症状和体征上比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.8%和77.4%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者治疗后症状评分均明显降低(P0.05),治疗组降低比对照组更为显著(P0.01)。结论辨证针刺治疗功能性消化不良操作简单、疗效好,值得临床使用。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture for Functional Dyspepsia Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia （FD） based on syndrome differentiation.Method Sixty-three FD patients were divided into a treatment group （32 subjects） and a control group （31 subjects） by the random number table.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation,while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture,both for 2 weeks.After intervention,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared according to symptoms and signs.Result The total effective rate was 93.8％ in the treatment group versus 77.4％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）; the symptom score dropped significantly in both groups after intervention （P＜0.05）,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation is easy-to-operate and effective in treating FD,worth for popularization in clinic.
