| 摘 要： | 目的观察督脉埋针治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用督脉埋针配合常规针刺治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，比较两组治疗前后VAS评分。结果两组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论督脉埋针是一种治疗三叉神经痛的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle-embedding in the Governor Vessel in treating trigeminal neuralgia. Method Sixty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by needle-embedding in the Governor Vessel plus conventional acupuncture, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores were compared. Result The two groups both achieved significant changes in VAS score after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in comparing VAS score between the two groups after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Needle-embedding in the Governor Vessel is an effective method in treating trigeminal neuralgia. |
