温针灸配合超短波治疗颞颌关节紊乱疗效观察

目的：探讨温针灸配合超短波治疗颞颌关节紊乱的疗效。方法：将64例颞颌关节紊乱患者随机分为治疗组（33例）与对照组（31例），治疗组采用温针灸配合超短波治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.91%，高于对照组的70.97%（P〈0.05）。结论：温针灸配合超短波治疗颞颌关节紊乱疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Warm Needing Combined with Ultrashort Wave Therapy for Derangement of Temporomandibular Joint

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy for derangement of temporomandibular joint. Methods：64 cases of patients with derangement of temporomandibular joint were randomly divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （31 cases）, the treatment group treated by warm needling combined with ultrashort wave therapy, while control group by medication, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, which was high than 70.97%that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of warm needing combined with ultrashort wave therapy has significant curative effect on derangement of temporo-mandibular joint, deserves clinical promotion and application.
