针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法:60例患儿分为对照组与治疗组,对照组仅用现代康复疗法,治疗组在康复训练的基础上采用针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗,比较两组疗效、改良Ashworth痉挛分级、GMFM-88评分及综合功能改善情况。结果:治疗后治疗组Ashworth痉挛分级及粗大运动功能评分均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿具有良好疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on pyramidal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback treating children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods:60 patients were divided into control group and treatment group, control group only with modern rehabilitation thera-py, treatment group adopted treatment of acupuncture on pyramidal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback based on rehabilitation train-ing, the efficacy, modified Ashworth spasticity grade, GMFM-88 score and synthesis function improvement of two groups were compared. Results:Ashworth spasticity grade, GMFM score of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment (P〈0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of control group by 76.67%(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Acuputure on pyrami-dal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback treating children with spastic cerebral palsy is significantly effective.
