针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿临床观察

目的：观察针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效。方法：60例患儿分为对照组与治疗组，对照组仅用现代康复疗法，治疗组在康复训练的基础上采用针刺锥体区结合肌电生物反馈治疗，比较两组疗效、改良Ashworth痉挛分级、GMFM-88评分及综合功能改善情况。结果：治疗后治疗组Ashworth痉挛分级及粗大运动功能评分均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗组总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组的76.67%（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺结合肌电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫患儿具有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of Acuputure on Pyramidal Area Combined with Electromyographic Biofeedback Treating Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture on pyramidal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback treating children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods：60 patients were divided into control group and treatment group, control group only with modern rehabilitation thera-py, treatment group adopted treatment of acupuncture on pyramidal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback based on rehabilitation train-ing, the efficacy, modified Ashworth spasticity grade, GMFM-88 score and synthesis function improvement of two groups were compared. Results：Ashworth spasticity grade, GMFM score of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of control group by 76.67%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acuputure on pyrami-dal area combined with electromyographic biofeedback treating children with spastic cerebral palsy is significantly effective.
