辨证分型隔药饼灸治疗原发性痛经临床观察

目的观察隔药饼灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效,为针灸治疗的进一步研究与推广提供临床依据。方法 74例确诊为原发性痛经患者辨证分型分为气血虚弱、肝肾亏损、气滞血瘀、寒湿凝滞4型,随证选用不同穴位进行隔药饼灸治疗,观察各证型治疗的临床疗效。结果原发性痛经患者各证型的临床有效率分别是93.3%、87.5%、93.7%和88.9%;总有效率为90.5%;各证型治疗前后痛经症状评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01);各证型间治疗前和治疗后的疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论隔药饼灸治疗原发性痛经总有效率高,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Herb-partitioned Moxibustion Based on Syndrome Differentiation for Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herb-partitioned moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea, for providing clinical evidences for further research and promotion of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy. Method Seventy-four patients diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea were differentiated to be four types： qi-blood deficiency, liver-kidney deficiency, qi-blood stagnation, and cold-dampness stagnation. They were intervened by herb-partitioned moxibustion with different acupoints based on the syndrome differentiation. The clinical efficacies were observed. Result For various types of primary dysmenorrhea, the effective rates were respectively 93.3%, 87.5%, 93.7%, and 88.9%; the total effective rate was 90.5%; the dysmenorrhea scores changed significantly in all types of primary dysmenorrhea after treatment（P0.01）; there were no significant differences in dysmenorrhea scores among different types of primary dysmenorrhea before and after treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion Herb-partitioned moxibustion is a safe and effective treatment for primary dysmenorrhea with a high total effective rate.
