天应穴滞针法治疗枕神经痛疗效观察

目的观察滞针法治疗枕神经痛的疗效。方法将80例患者以1:1的比例根据随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,两组取穴一致,治疗组是天应穴用滞针法,对照组是天应穴用普通针刺法,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分变化。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01);两组治疗后VAS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),说明两种治疗方法均能明显减轻患者疼痛;治疗组治疗后评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),说明治疗组减轻患者疼痛更明显。结论天应穴滞针法治疗枕神经痛效果显著。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Needle Sticking in Ashi Point on Occipital Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of needle sticking method on occipital neuralgia. Method Eighty patients were randomly allocated, using a random number table and in a 1：1 ratio, to treatment and control groups. The same point was selected for the two groups. The treatment group received needle sticking in ashi point and the control group, conventional acupuncture at ashi point. The therapeutic effects were evaluated and pre-treatment and post-treatment VAS scores were recorded in the two groups. Result The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）. The VAS score decreased significantly in both groups after treatment and there was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences（P0.01）, indicating that both treatments could obviously relieve the patients＇ pain. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the score between the treatment and control groups（P0.01）, indicating that the pain was relieved more obviously in the treatment group. Conclusion Needle sticking in ashi point has a marked therapeutic effect on occipital neuralgia.
