疏血通注射液治疗老年性脑梗塞疗效观察

目的：观察疏血通注射液对老年性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将72例老年性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组（n=36）和对照组（n=36）。治疗组在基础治疗基础上给予疏血通注射液6 mL注入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次;对照组在基础治疗基础上给予复方丹参注射液20 mL注入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次。疗程均为14 d。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为77.8%,两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：疏血通治疗老年性脑梗塞安全、有效。

Clinical Observation on Senile Cerebral Infarction Treated with Shuxuetong Injection

OBJECTIVE ： To observe the curative effect of shuxuetong injection for senile cerebral infarction. METHODS ： A total of 72 patients with senile cerebral infarction were enrolled： on the basis of the basis treatment,36 （trial group） were randomly assigned to receive shuxuetong injection 6 mL infused in 0.9% NS 250 mL by i. v drip q. d for 14 days, 36 （control group） to receive injection 20 mL infused in 0.9% NS 250 mL by i.v drip q.d for 14 days. RESULTS： The total effective rates were 91.7% and 77.8% respectively （P 〈 0.05）, showing significant differences as compared with before medication （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Shuxuetong injection is safe and reliable in treating senile cerebral infarction.
