| 摘 要： | 目的：观察氯沙坦(losartan，科素亚)对2型糖尿病肾病患者血尿酸(serum uric acid，UA)、尿白蛋白排泄率(urine albumin excretion rate，UAER)的影响。方法：60例2型糖尿病肾病(Diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。全部对象均给予常规糖尿病药物治疗，但不使用血管活性药及利尿剂；观察组加予氮沙坦50mg，1次／d，与对照组比较8周前后UA、UAER的变化。结果：观察组UA、UAER明显下降，显著优于对照组。结论：血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(氮沙坦)有益于减少糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿排泄，降低血尿酸，对DN有延缓进展甚至逆转DN的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Losartan in serum uric acid (UA) and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) of the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 60 cases of the patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided randomized in two groups: the Losartan group (30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Every one was treated by drugs for diabetic, but not treated by drugs expanding blood vessels or diuretics. The patients of Losartan group were given Losartan 50mg qd., 8 weeks, that of controls were not. UA and UAER of every one were measured pretreatment and post-treatment. Results: 8 weeks later, the levels of UA and UAER of treated group were significantly lower than beginning, so did than those of controls. Conclusion: Angiotensin II receptor blocker Losartan decreased UA and UAER in patients with diabetic nephropathy. |
