| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床、病理学特点及治疗手段。方法简要陈述1例外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤的基本情况,通过穿刺活检病理检查诊断为外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤,同时复习相关文献。结果肿瘤位于心包及胸膜内,呈囊实性,Syn（＋＋）,Bcl（＋＋）,Calponin（＋＋）,NSE（＋-）,Calretinin（少量细胞＋）,Vimentin（局部弱＋）。结论发生在心包的原始神经外胚层肿瘤罕见,侵袭性强,预后差;须经病理检查诊断;目前治疗为手术切除及化、放疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical and pathologic features of primary neuroectodermal tumor of pericardium and its treatment.Methods One case of primary neuroectodermal tumor diagnosed by biopsy was briefly described with its relevant literature reviewed.Results The tumor,located in the pericardium and pleura,was solid and cystic in nature.Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were positive for Syn,Bcl,Calponin,NSE,calretinin,and vimentin.Conclusion Primary neuroectodermal tumor of pericardium is extremely rare with a strong invasion and a poor prognosis.Pathological examination is the essential means for its diagnosis.Its main treatment modalities are surgical removal,chemotherapy and radiotherapy. |
