外周血淋巴细胞微核四项检测指标在白血病诊断中的作用

目的研究淋巴细胞微核四项检测指标在白血病的早期诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用。方法采用外周血改良淋巴细胞微核检测方法对326例白血病患者外周血淋巴细胞微核四项检测指标进行观察和统计分析。结果各类白血病中,L1的外周血淋巴细胞微核四项检测指标较其他白血病组明显减低,但较对照组明显增高,相互间有明显差异(P<0.01);急性髓系白血病(AML)较对照组明显增高(P<0.01),但各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论淋巴细胞微核检测方法简便、快速、准确、经济实用,比传统诊断方法早0.5a～5a年即可预测早期白血病的发生,该项指标的建立对白血病的早期诊断及鉴别诊断具有重大的临床意义。

Study of The Clinical Applying Values of the FourTesting Index in Various leukemia

Objctive To analyze the lymphocyte micronucleus's four testing indexs' applying to the diagnose and distinguished diagnose of leukemia.Methods This article used the reformed peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus's testing method. 326 cases of patients with different diseases were being selected and analyzed.Results The various leukemia were being tested had the significant difference as were compared with the control (P <0.01 );Conclusion The testing method to the lymphocyte micronucleus is handy, convenient, quick, accurate and economical. It's at least half a year even five years earlier than the traditional method in the forecasting of tumor's happening, so the establishing of this index had great value to the diagnose and distinguished diagnose of the early potential tumor and leukemia's happening. Also it can be used to the tumors' selected and general investigation in junior units. This method is better than any other traditional methods.
