高寒地区老年人脉图分析

本文通过对高寒地区64例老年人脉图分析后认为:高寒地区老年人的脉象以弦脉为多见,且男女性别上没有明显的差别。在此基础上与高寒地区健康青年的弦脉进行比较,结果显示,虽同属弦脉,但其形态特点各不相同,青年人弦脉多表现为升支陡峭、时间短,主波、重搏前波、重搏波大多清晰、降中峡也明显,主波比较尖锐,重搏前波全部低于主波,具有陡、尖、高的特点。老年人弦脉多表现为:主波幅升高,主波峰顶持续时间长,有明显的重搏波,降中峡升高,具有陡、宽、高的特点。并结合高寒地区的气候特点,对老年人弦脉的形成机制进行了探讨,提示我们:高寒缺氧气候对老年人有较大的影响,应尽早加强预防保健措施,延缓早衰、早老。

ANALYSIS ON THE PUISE CHARTS OF THE AGED PEOPLE IN THE ALTITUDE AND FRIGID AREA

64 pulse charts of the aged people in the altitude and frigid area were analysed, the results show that wiry pulse is main pulse condition among these people and there is no significant difference between male and female The wiry pulse of these people was compared with that of the healthy youth in the same altitude and frigid area. The results indicate that the two kinds of wiry pulse have their different patterns. The youths'pulse charts of wiry pulse are ascendant ,steep ,quick. Most of the main waves ,front dicrotic waves and dicrotic waves can be seen clearly. Dicrotic notches are obvious. The main waves are shaper. All of the front dicrotic waves are lower that main waves and have their characters-steep, sharp and high. Most of the aged people's pulse charts of wiry pulse show that main waves are high. The tops of main waves are flat and long ,dicrotic waves are clear, dicrotic notches are going up and have their char- acters--steep, wide and high. The forming mechanism of the aged people's wiry pulse was studied in the light of the climatic characters of altitude and frigid hypoxia ared. The results point out that the climate in altitude and frigid hypoxia area has important influence over the aged people. The steps for prevention and health protec- tion should be adopted as early as possible so as to postpone presenility and senilism.
