针刀松解联合中医手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的：观察针刀松解联合中医手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：140例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组（73例）和对照组（67例），观察组应用针刀松解联合中医手法治疗，对照组单纯应用手法治疗，共治疗3周。两组治疗前后均采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和膝关节功能评分表评价临床疗效。结果：治疗3周后，与治疗前比较，两组VAS评分均显著下降，膝关节功能评分显著升高（P〈0．05）；两组间比较，观察组VAS、膝关节功能评分均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刀松解联合中医手法治疗可以解除膝周高应力点、调整运动力线，对膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Combined Acupotomy and Traditional Chinese Manipulation for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with traditional Chinese manipulation for treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： All 130 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 73 patients were accepted combined acupotomy and traditional Chinese manipulation. In the control group, 67 patients were treated only with traditional Chinese manipulation. The scores of Visual analogue scale （VAS） and the runetional scales of the knee joint were evaluated before and after treatment. Results.. After 3 weeks treatment, the scores of VAS and the functional scales of the knee joint were higher than before （P〈0.05）. And there were significantly difference between two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupotomy combined with traditional Chinese manipulation are effective for treating knee osteoarthritis for it can release high stress point and regulation of knee muscle balance.
