思密达治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

目的探讨思密达涂擦患部治疗复发性口腔渍疡的疗效。方法对我院自2005年6月～2008年6月110例复发性口腔溃疡随机分为两组，受试组55例用思密达注射液搅拌成糊状涂擦患部治疗，对照组55例用锡类散粉剂涂擦患部。结果受试组总有效率945％，对照组总有效率65．5％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论思密达搅拌成糊状涂擦患部治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著．值得在临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Smecta on Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of smecta in treatment of recurrent oral ulcers. Methods 110 cases of recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group with 55 cases were treated with smecta while control group with 55 cases were treated with Xilei powder. Results The experimental group had total effective rate of 94.5%, and the control group had total effective rate of 65. 5%. By comparison, the two groups had a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Smecta shows a significant efficacy in treatment of recurrent oral ulcers, which is worth promoting in clinical.
