摘    要:目的:探讨冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架置入术前、后血浆中血栓调节蛋白(thrombomodu lin,TM)和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平的变化。方法:测量42例冠心病患者支架置入术前后TM及PAI-1的水平,并与16例经冠状动脉造影(CAG)诊断正常者为对照组比较。结果:支架置入术前、术后24h和48h的血浆TM和PAI-1水平均高于正常对照组,经支架置入治疗后,两者能够明显的下降,尤其是在48h后与正常对照组没有显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:支架置入术后,冠心病患者血浆中TM和PAI-1水平降低,提示TM水平在一定程度上可以反映冠状动脉粥样硬化内皮损伤的范围和程度,其作用机制可能与PAI-1水平有关。

Abstract:Objective:To inquire changes of thrombomodulin(TM)and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1)before and after PCI treatment in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods:The level of TM and PAI-1 before and after PCI treatment in 42 patients with coronary dlrtery disease as experiment group and 16 normal people as control group were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, before the PCI treatment these two indicators of the experiment group were very high, but after treatment they declined obviously. There was no significant difference between two groups after 48 hours treatment (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The level of TM and PAI-1 can be decreased after PCI. To a certain extent, the level of TM can use to measure coronary artery disease endothelial cell injury and damage indicators, and the coronary artery disease mechanism may be related to the level of PAI-1.
