| 摘 要： | 本文报道了在一艘未经入境检疫停泊于港内的境外走私船舶上发现一霍乱病例的调查处理情况。作者认为,为防止检疫传染病传入,有关部门对所有入境的船舶(包括缉获的走私船舶,以及各种特殊情况入境的船舶)应依法及时向卫生检疫机关报告,以便实施检疫查验和传染病监测,以及卫生检疫机关应对停泊在国境口岸的交通工具加强卫生监督,对交通工具上的人员加强传染病监测。

| Abstract: | It was reported in this article on investigating and conducting about a case of cholera found in an abroad smuggled ship which stayed at the port without entry quarantion. In authors opinion, in order to prevent the transmission of quarantinable diseases into the country, the relevant administrations should inform in time the health and quarantine organization by law of all the incoming smuggled ships seized so that quarantine inspection as well as surveillance of the communicable diseases could be enforced. |
