贺州市2007-2008年食品和公共场所从业人员HBV感染情况

目的了解贺州市食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带情况及HBeAg阳性情况，旨在有效地控制乙型肝炎流行。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA），对贺州市食品、公共场所从业人员进行HBsAg、HBeAg检验。结果2007-2008年共检验15676名从业人员，共检出HBsAg阳性1311人，阳性检出率为8．36％。检出HBeAg阳性359人，占总检验人数的2．29％。结论应加强对从业人员预防性健康检查及管理工作，提高从业人员的健康意识，使其自我防护能力得到提高，大力推广乙肝疫苗接种，提高人群的免疫水平。

HBV Infection Status of Employees in Food Profession and Public Places in Hezhou City during 2007-2008

[ Objective] To understand the status of HBsAg carrying and HBeAg positive among employees in food profession and public places of Hezhou City, so as to effectively control the prevalence of hepatitis B. [ Methods ] ELISA was adopted to conduct HBsAg and HBeAg test on employees in food profession and public places of Hezhou City. [ Results] During 2007--2008, 15 676 employees were examined, 1311 were HBsAg positive, the positive rate was 8.36%. 359 were detected HBeAg positive, accounting for 2.29% of total number. [ Conclusion] The preventive health examination and management of the employees should be strengthened, the health awareness of health should be promoted among them to improve their self-protection. The Hepatitis B vaccination should be widely popularized to improve the level of population immunity.
