浅谈超声见习生带教工作体会

近年来,超声检查在临床工作中得到广泛的应用,超声影像学在临床的作用也越来越重要。目前,超声影像学正逐渐由单纯的临床诊断发展到临床治疗。由于超声影像学发展迅速,教学内容多,见习时间少,造成学员对超声知识的掌握普遍不扎实。将因材施教、理论联系实际、掌握重点了解广泛、以点带面等方法结合现代先进多媒体教学手段引入到超声见习中,可极大地提高学员的学习热情和主动性,取得很好的学习效果。

Discussion on ultrasonic novice teaching experiences

Ultrasound imaging has been widely applied in clinical work in recent years and plays a more and more important role in clinical medicine. Due to the fast development of ultrasound imaging both in diagnosis and therapy,plenty of teaching contents and short time of novitiate,students generally have a weak mastery of medical ultrasound knowledge. In our practice of novitiate teaching,we use several teaching methods,such as teaching in accordance with students’ aptitude,integration of theory with practice,mastering the main points and knowing widely,and letting one unit guiding a whole area,together with modern developed multimedia teaching methods. All these measures help to greatly improve the students’ learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency.
