摘    要:目的 探讨几种影响测压相关因素及其对收缩压及舒张压的不同影响。方法 随机选择在校学生 10 0名 ,设计了 1)心脏与肱动脉的相对位置 ;2 )绷袖带的松紧程度 ;3)测压时间 ;4 )测压时体位 ;5 )测压部位共 5个影响因素 ,并做干预前后或相关自身血压对照。结果 血压计相对位置在很大程度上影响血压的值 ;绷袖带太紧明显使血压偏低 ;体位改变主要影响舒张压 ;右肱动脉的收缩压明显高于左肱动脉。结论 测压时尽量避免影响测压的相关因素

Abstract:Objective To study the factors affecting the value of blood pressure and different influences on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.Methods 100 students came from the medical college of Soochow University at random. 5 factors designed were applied:1) relative position of heart and brachial artery; 2) degree of winding the cuff slackly or tightly; 3) time of manometric test; 4) body position; 5) Bp of right or left brachial artery. Before and after interventions, we get the different values in certain times and compare them. Results relative position of heart and brachial can strongly affect the values; winding the cuff tightly can decrease the BP values; body position mainly influence diastolic blood pressure; systolic blood pressure at right brachial artery is obviously higher than left brachial. Conclusions When we measure patients' blood pressures. Avoiding influence factors as possible is very necessary.
