| 摘 要： | 507只手深度烧伤,均早期采用整形原则。在切(削)痂大张中厚皮片移植的基础上,早期功能锻炼。并对晚期遗留的畸形进行跟踪整复治疗,使其手的外形接近正常,促进了手部功能的早期恢复,取得理想的效果。

| Abstract: | Through 1981 to 1991,authors had treated 2285 cases of burn patients,among them 507 hands of 332 cases were deeply burned with a morbidity of 14.5%.Allthe hands were treated with plastic methods in the early stage.Immediate transplantationof large intermediate split thickness skin graft was done,after removal of eschar andfunctional exercises applied in their early postoperative stage.Late residual malformationswere treated with follow up plastic surgery.The shape of hands nearly reached normalones,and the early functional restoration of hands was ideal. |
