颌面骨骨折合并颅脑损伤70例治疗分析

目的　分析颌面骨骨折合并颅脑损伤的治疗方法和特点。方法　回顾性分析 1980年 1月～ 1999年 12月 2 0年间收治 70例颌面骨骨折合并颅脑损伤的治疗情况。结果　颌面骨骨折合并颅脑损伤的应先抢救生命为主 ,在治疗中应不失时机地尽量早期妥善处理颌面骨骨折 ,不同于一般颌面骨骨折的治疗 ,提倡采用既能有效恢复功能 ,又让患者舒适 ,操作简便的治疗方法。结论　合并颅脑损伤的颌面骨骨折治疗有其特殊性 ,先抢救生命 ,同时尽早采用不同方法固定颌面骨骨折

Analysis of 70 cases of maxillofacial fracture combined with craniocerebral injure

Objective To analyze the methods and features of maxillofacial fracture combined with craniocerebral injury.Methods Seventy cases of maxillofacial fracture combined with craniocerebral injury were analyzed who were hospitalized between Jan 1980 and Dec 1999.Results Rescuing the patients life should be the main task during the whole therapy.The doctors should make their best to deal with the maxillofacial fracture as earliy as possible.This kind of therapy was not the same as those in simple maxillofacial fracture,which should be effective to the function recovery,comfortable to the patients and easy to manipulate.Conclusion The treatment of maxillofacial fracture combined with craniocerebral injury has its own special characteristics.First of all the doctors should try to save the patient's life,and at the same time the doctors should try to use different methods to fix the maxillofacial fracture as early as possible.
