摘    要:1-氨基-2-氰基环戊烯经乙酰化、闭环和氯化反应制得4-氨基-2-氯-6,7-二氢-5H-环戊烯并[b]吡啶,再经Sandmeyer溴化和钯炭催化氢化脱卤制得6,7-二氢-5H-环戊烯并[b]吡啶,总收率为61%。

Abstract:6,7-Dihydro-5H-cyclopenteno [b]pyridine was prepared from 1-amino-2-cyanocyclopentene by acetylation, cyclization and chlorination to give 4-amino-2-chloro-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenteno [b] pyridine, which was subjected to Sandmeyer bromination and then catalytic hydrogenated dehalogenation with an overall yield of about 61%.
