| 摘 要： | 目的 了解基层医院临床护理人员对健康教育知识的掌握情况。方法 对3所镇医院(一级甲等)500名临床护理人员进行健康教育知识测试。结果 500份答卷中，较好127份，占25．4％，较差373份，占74．6％。结论 基层医院护理人员健康教育知识掌握程度较低，不能满足人们日益增加的健康需求，不适应护理学科的发展，必须加大培训力度，提高护理人员健康教育的能力。

| Abstract: | jective To investigate the degree of health teaching that the clinical nurses in junior hospitals reached. Method: Tests on the knowledge of health teaching were performed in five hundred clinical nurses from 3 hospitals (level A of grade I). Results The clinical nurses in junior hospitals had low degree of the knowledge on health teaching. This was hard to satisfy the people's growing need of health and keep up with the development of nursing science. Conclusion It was necessary to strengthen the training of nurses in order to improve their ability of health teaching. |
