门诊输液病人护理需求调查分析

目的了解门诊静脉输液病人的护理需求。方法自行设计“门诊输液病人需求调查表”,经过专家修改及评定,信度和效度系数都在0.88以上。对520例门诊输液病人采用此问卷进行调查,所得数据进行统计与分析。结果回收问卷506份,其中有效问卷500份,有效回收率占96.2%。在增加背景音乐、提供饮水设施、输液椅旁设置小抽屉、预约输液、药物寄存这5项便民服务项目中,85.0%的病人选择需要提供饮水设施。在输液时希望护士做到的项目中,90.0%选择确保输液安全,排在第1位。在希望等候输液的时间选择上,91.0%选择等候时间不超过15 m in。结论保障输液安全是满足病人需求的前提;缩短病人等候时间是提高护理服务满意度的关键;创造良好的输液环境,提供细节服务,才能真正体现以人为本的服务理念。

A Survey of Nursing Needs among Outpatients at Transfusion

Objective To understand the needs among the outpatients at transfusion.Methods A self-designed questionnaire,with validity and reliability above 0.88 by expert's revision,was used to investigate 520 outpatients at transfusion,the data were analyzed in statistics.Results 506 handouts of the questionnaire were collected,500 valid with a validity of 96.2%.Among the 5 items of background music,supply of drinkable water device,small drawer by the transfusion chair,appointed transfusion and drugs deposit,85.0% of them voted for supply of drinkable water device.Among the items about what they wish nurses to do,90.0% voted for transfusion safety,ranking on the top.When they had to line for transfusion,91.0% for the item of less than 15 min.Conclusion Guarantee of transfusion safety is the premise to meet the patients' needs.Shortening the time for lining is the key to the increase of nursing quality.Establishment of satisfactory transfusion environment and supply of delicate care can realize the service concept of humanism.
